The chicken pox epidemic is growing in Saint-Martin

According to the latest health monitoring bulletin, the number of clinically relevant cases of chicken pox seen in community medicine increased dramatically in late March, with 135 cases in fifteen days.

The number of presumed cases of chicken pox is clearly greater to the maximum values expected for the season, state the health authorities. The chicken pox epidemic is thus still growing in Saint-Martin. However, the number of emergency room visits for chicken pox remains moderate, with two weekly visits recorded in late March.
