Increase in tourist tax: the MVP firmly denied these unfounded rumors

Messages aimed at disturbing voters and in an attempt to destabilized the team En Marche vers le progrès (MVP) are circulating on social media and the internet, says the MVP in a press release.

"The following message was posted and relayed is found to be false : « an increase in tourist tax from 4% to 15%.» We firmly denied these unfounded rumors, that neither the team nor i have formulated. Beyond these considerations, we are convinced that we have a tourist tool in a competitive area to develop and improve in order to bring our island back to a better international visibility."
