The RSMA will be presented to companies in Saint-Martin
On Thursday, May 26, the adapted military service regiment (RSMA) of Guadeloupe will be present in Saint Martin for a ceremonial parade at the Collectivité at 11 am. Afterwards, the Colonel Balc’h, the commanding officer of the regiment, has invited the entrepreneurs of Saint-Martin to attend an information session which will take place at 2 p.m. at the Information and Guidance Office (Accueil Information Orientation), formerly the Evelyna Halley School, in Marigot. This will be an opportunity to present the RSMA, highlight the training received by the young volunteers and assert their employability.
"The training received in the regiment is a real added value for young people which can and must benefit companies", declared the CCISM in a press release.
The RSMA is a military organization for socio-professional insertion which works for the benefit of the youth of Guadeloupe and Saint Martin. The RSMA of Guadeloupe offers training in 30 professions divided into 10 professional fields. Every year, around 100 young adults from Saint-Martin join its ranks for training which leads to a job or a resumption of training for nearly 80% of them.
