French Quarter: creation of sidewalks to begin soon

This is part of the sidewalk development program which was launched by the Collectivité. After having been carried out in the vicinity of the Sandy Ground School, at Friar's bay, the project will begin on Monday September 12 in the vicinity of highway 7. The goal is to ensure the safety of pedestrians.

The work area will be located between the Route de Coralita intersection and the bend of the border at Belle Plaine. The work will be done over a 4-week period.

The Collectivité asks motorists to drive safely in the work area and apologizes to residents for the inconvenience caused by this public utility work.
