Saint Barth: 70 plants of cannabis including 40 plants on the balcony were seized in a house

After being informed by the Territorial Police, the Saint-Barthélemy gendarmes discovered in flagrante delicto an "indoor" cannabis plantation in the upper part of Marigot in Saint-Barthelemy, reported the Public Prosecutor’s department. 

At the home of a man born in 1970, the gendarmes discovered 70 plants, including 40 on the balcony which had reached maturity. They were supposed to be harvested next week. The individual explained that it was for his own personal consumption. All the plants have been seized and will be destroyed. Two special lamps and planting material were also seized with some young sprouts in a technical room inside the house.

The individual was placed in custody.
