Julien Gumbs is the MOCSAM head of list
He will be a candidate for the upcoming elections of March 2017 at the COM.
The « Mouvement Citoyen Saint Martin » (MOCSAM) is happy to inform the general public that it is geared up for the upcoming elections of March 2017. Indeed, during the Friday December 9th 2016 meeting, the political movement has chosen Mr Julien (aka Clemenceau) Gumbs as head of list for the upcoming elections. Mr Gumbs is the actual chair of the movement.
At this time of the year, they would like to express their sincere season’s greetings to one and all, with a special thought for those suffering for whatever reason, illness or loneliness.
